Speaker 1: This is gonna be one of those moments where you're gonna sit back and go, Speaker 1: oh, I think that is mean. Speaker 2: Lucia. Speaker 1: You want to speak about hidden beliefs and breaking patterns, and particularly I like how Speaker 1: you breaking it down very simple. Are saying the stories we inherit. Yes, So it's Speaker 1: the things that we've heard from other people, things that we've heard probably growing up Speaker 1: in our homes, and we carry that with us for the rest of our lives. Speaker 1: That touches on everything from finances to you name it. Speaker 2: Yes, and for many of us, it's also part of our family identity and how Speaker 2: we identify ourselves because we are these people. We are sporty people. Yeah, we are Speaker 2: all sports. Yes, we are academics and we all but then there's also we are Speaker 2: not. Oh we're not really good at that, and then we adopt that belief, Oh, Speaker 2: our family is not really good at full in the blank. I want to tell Speaker 2: you a little story and I heard it once and I thought, oh my goodness, Speaker 2: it's so relevant. There's a lady and she showing her daughter how she makes her Speaker 2: leg of lamb, and she says, darling, we take our leg of lamb. We put Speaker 2: it in this dish. We cut off this end, we cut off that end, we Speaker 2: cut off the top, and we put it in the dish. And she spices it
