Speaker 1: Hey, welcome to a brand new start of the week. I've got Lucia Drammas with Speaker 1: me for Motivational Monday, and today is a very interesting topic. It's a topic that Speaker 1: I always find it interesting because I know it's a conversation that we have often. Speaker 1: It's something I talk about with many people, and it's fear. Overcoming fear. Many people Speaker 1: have plans, they have goals, they have desires. It's taking that first step, which is Speaker 1: one of the toughest things, and more often than not, they'll just hold back by Speaker 1: fear. Lucia, how does one overcome this? Speaker 2: Wow? I think that fear is such a big topic and we don't want a Speaker 2: blanket statement, but what I will say is identifying that you are actually being controlled Speaker 2: by fear is very important because a lot of people think it's logic, it's wisdom. Speaker 2: They will give it all the other titles under the sun not to get to Speaker 2: that point to say, no, this is actually fear. This is not logic and wisdom, Speaker 2: and so we really want to look at to what extent is fear controlling you? Speaker 2: And it sometimes has deep roots because it's like, oh, what is this going to Speaker 2: say about being?
