If you're familiar with the area, it's situated in the Boss Speaker 2: and Dull area at the bottom of York Street. And essentially it involves a long Speaker 2: term lease old of at least sixty years to an accredited social housing institution. Overall Speaker 2: project value approximately a billion rand. This is huge, Carrablla, and you suggesting maybe this Speaker 2: is a breakthrough, maybe even a blueprint. Speaker 3: No, for sure, it's certainly significant in that you know, active perspective. You know, we Speaker 3: what George Local Municipality is doing or envisioning is a mixed use development which includes Speaker 3: different. Speaker 1: Uses or lend users. Speaker 3: Right, so in this precinct there'll be social housing that would be for the load Speaker 3: to moderate income households, so that would be people earning from one thousand, eight hundred Speaker 3: and fifty up to twenty two thousand end. We are envisioning or George municipalities, envisioning Speaker 3: a retail precinct within the development, but also importantly as well slightly more upper market
