As discussed in Speaker 3: previous episodes, adolescence is no longer just the teen years. It's no longer just thirteen Speaker 3: to nineteen. It's eleven to twenty five, because that is when your brain is developing. Speaker 3: Today's topic is a very important one. The teenagers, the adolescents. You're not gonna like Speaker 3: it. Adults yourselves, you probably some of you are going to feel very nervous about Speaker 3: it, but it's a worthwhile one. It's about cell phones, it's about screen time, and it's about how Speaker 3: it's affecting us, mentally, physically, developmentally, all of it. Speaker 1: We're going to chat about it.
