We're picking up today on a subject that actually did start Speaker 1: trickling in even before I went onto the afternoon show and then on leave, and Speaker 1: let's just say the trickle turned into a steady stream. It's a flood on social Speaker 1: media, I can tell you that much. And while I was away, we kept on Speaker 1: getting messages about Woolworth's card holders complaining about a steep hike in card fees. So Speaker 1: Wendy has done some investigating and engagement with Wilworths and we will get to that Speaker 1: very soon. First though, we're just going to pick up on that question that came Speaker 1: up during Car Talk, and then we've got a really lovely good news story to Speaker 1: share with you. It's always a pleasure to be able to do that and share Speaker 1: a positive customer experience, so we'll do that.
