Speaker 1: What started out as small talk in an Uber idea became a message of motivation Speaker 1: and inspiration like no other. So I had dropped off the car to have my Speaker 1: brakes fixed and then then I ubered into work and the Uber driver that picked Speaker 1: me up, his name is Ciabonga. What a man. I've never met such a passionate Speaker 1: guy before in my entire life. And I started out, you know, by making conversation Speaker 1: and asking him, you know, how long has he been driving Uber? And he says Speaker 1: for the last two and a half years, But before that he was working for Speaker 1: over two decades, nearly three decades in retail, Okay. And he was telling me how Speaker 1: he started working for Macro and then he worked for Boulders Warehouse and he just Speaker 1: kept working his way up from being an hour assistant to a sales assistant, to Speaker 1: a floor manager, to a manager, and then until he worked for I think it Speaker 1: was a hard ware franchise called it was called something Timber right, and this was Speaker 1: in Butterworth in the Eastern Cape. And what ended up happening was he worked his Speaker 1: way to where he was sort of like under the manager of that store, and Speaker 1: then that manager saw that in a few months, they were going to close down Speaker 1: that store because the store wasn't really doing well, and the manager resigned and then Speaker 1: they promoted him to take care of the store until the store had to be Speaker 1: closed. And there was another store that he needed…
