Cecilia Molokwane has been a netball player, referee and administrator throughout her years in the sport. The president of Netball SA reflects on what it was like to be a black player at a time when the sport was becoming integrated after years of segregation. As one of a few female presidents in sport, Molokwane says her aim is to mentor other young women to follow in her footsteps.
