Affordability of property in Cape Town is in Speaker 2: the spotlight following the latest Constitutional Court judgment which found that the sale of a Speaker 2: site in Cpoint by the provincial government some years ago was unlawful and set aside, Speaker 2: and the court instructing the provincial government and the City of Cape Town, who were Speaker 2: the respondents to the matter as well to provide them with an affordable housing policy Speaker 2: and plan within three months of that judgment.
