Speaker 1: Welcome. This is Early Breakfast seven two and Kate Talk and it's ten minutes before Speaker 1: five am, and it's time sticking on the Fitness and a Wellness route. We are Speaker 1: speaking to Copana ma Roma fitness trainer and we will be chatting about our second Speaker 1: segment in the wellness feature. Copana, how are you this morning? Speaker 2: I'm very good. How are you? Speaker 1: I'm good? And I always talk to Liezel about fitness and wellness and I think Speaker 1: it's a really balanced way of understanding how do I motivate myself to getting out Speaker 1: of the house and into the chili chili weather. Speaker 1: So yeah, as we head into the cold, there's a saying that summer bodies are Speaker 1: built in winter, and I don't know if you need to really motivate yourself because Speaker 1: you've probably been there. One foot on the trade will one eye the weights section Speaker 1: and in our segment, we're talking about the balance between whether or not you're ruining Speaker 1: your workout by doing cardioor first. So I don't know if someone said the challenge Speaker 1: because I'm doing a lot of heavyweights at the moment. It's easy just to step Speaker 1: in and then have weights, but when you're hitting a hill and it's twing you, Speaker 1: it becomes difficult.
