Speaker 1: I learned about it quite recently, because I also had to figure out what do Speaker 1: you mean by a high effort family? So high effort families of families that make Speaker 1: an effort to spend time together, to love up on each other, to hang out Speaker 1: together, right, And then you get low effort families, which are the ones that I Speaker 1: I think I do. But let me give the caveat of this high effort family. Speaker 1: It is the type of family where mothers and daughters will speak every day. It Speaker 1: is abnormal. If a day is skipped, it will be like something is wrong right. Speaker 1: One person might be like, how how pony? What happened? Wagoula? On birthdays, there are Speaker 1: do it as much now as we used to. And I'm going to blame it Speaker 1: on parenting and the economy. But we as cousins, particularly on my mother's side of Speaker 1: the family, we would meet monthly and just bry on a Friday, the Friday of Speaker 1: the payday and hang out.
