Speaker 1: Nine four seven Drive with Tanda. Speaker 2: We week days three to six pm. A bit of a morbid topic. Bit an Speaker 2: important one. If a colleague has a family member or someone close to them passes Speaker 2: passing away and they are away from work for a little bit to grieve and Speaker 2: then obviously come back after the period, what is the correct way to treat that Speaker 2: person. Speaker 3: Yeah, it's such a tricky one because of course death is such a permanent thing Speaker 3: and we all deal with in a different ways. We all open different ways. And Speaker 3: I mean, I'll give you a person example. So as you know a couple, was Speaker 3: it last year that we lost our kid? Speaker 2: Yeah? Speaker 1: Last year. I remember that. Speaker 3: I was bombarded by a lot of messages and chords and all that stuff, which Speaker 3: is expected. I think the one way I didn't want to deal with it personally Speaker 3: is don't call me like I don't want to have the same conversation with everyone Speaker 3: over and over again. I appreciate the nice messages, I appreciate the flowers and stuff Speaker 3: that was sent to the house. But it's when you get back to work, which Speaker 3: is what you're asking. Yes, now that I've taken my time. Speaker 2: Wait before you get back to work, I see everyone is I agree the calling Speaker 2: thing.
